The WinGyroD is a north seeking gyro for the diamond core drilling application. north-seeking gyrocompass technology finds true north without being impacted by magnetic interference caused by drilling equipment or geology.
WinGyroD is available in single shot , multi shot and continuous modes, Enabling continuous mode surveying up to 150m/min whilst retrieving the core tube, minimizing the impact on drilling productivity.
Without having to open the outer barrel, the tool can be connected directly using Bluetooth on a mobile phone, and the compact 1.5metre length and 2.75kg design improves operator handling, making it more convenient compared to traditional over-hole measurement systems.
